Bizhub 423 C-C152

Buenas tardes soy Matias, me presento desde Argentina y tengo un problema en una máquina bizhub 423, la misma luego de actualizar el firmware marca error C-C152, hemos probado con varias versiones pero ninguno instala el firmware de scanner, por lo que al hacer la actualización marca Dowload N.G. en scanner. He vsito un boletín técnico en el cual dice que dicho scanner en esos modelos lleva un firmware diferente, quisiera saber si alguien me puede orientar en como seguir. Desde ya muchas gracias.

wanna laugh? all i saw was "scanner" "423" "firmware NG"
had that so so so many times with 100 of them i serviced at a school and foundry facility.
i stopped randomly upgrading any firmware after that.
i dont know if i still have a copy on my laptop to share.
wish i still had access....
