    Konica Minolta Color.

    The call was for toner. When I got there, the machine had plenty. This Bizhub C30P is only a few months old with 4500 prints. The problem is that the machine is not putting down any cyan. I would assume the cyan image unit failed, but I have never seen it like this. I told the customer they had to place a warrenty call so I could get a call number and I would be back. Has anyone had a unit fail like it is not moving or being charged?

    I've had a cyan and magenta unit do this since we started selling these. The customer should be able to warranty the units themselves.
