"Exit tray has reached capasity" message

This is a reoccuring problem on a Minolta Di450 with a FN105 finisher. I have replaced the elevator tray paper detect sensor and the elevator upper limit sensor. Worked for about a month after each componant was replaced. Any ideas??

This was some time ago that i had this problem , if i recall there was a technical notice that said the machines power supply caused this and had to be changed. But maybe if the customer is cool just show them to lift the exit sensor and hold it up for about 5 sec then the message will dissapear this normally only happens when they switch the machine on.

Well, we had another finisher at the warehouse, so I took the easy way out and swapped out the whole thing!! We'll see what happens now! Thanks!

In the bottom left side of the machine is a relay PWB that causes this problem and other finisher problems.
          PWB "c".
