Bizhub 350 ADF Paper Jam

Hello Guys, Im having problem on Bizhub 350 ADF paper jam, When Im feeding from ADF all the paper I put from ADF it feed-in and feed-out and the display shows " scanning" longer than normal time after that the machine show paper jam, Pls. help me out this problem.

I already interchange the ADF from another working machine, but it the same problem
