Bizhub 920 IC203 SC49-01

I have only one 920 which makes me a bit light on for experience. At the minute it is giving SC49-01, I have tried formatting and then replacing the HDD and updating firmware. When I try to format the hard disk the machine tells me it formatting and sits there, I waited a half hour before I reset the machine, also I tried updating firmware (currently v.20) however when I push START on the panel it doesn't respond and the laptop times out. If anyone has any ideas it would be great if you could share them.

Replaced hardisk

Downloaded the file 'ic203_p121c.exe' from DLBT0703279EN00.
Removed the CF card from the IC-203 and deleted all files (NOT FORMATED).
Copied the files to the card.
Booted into Service Mode and formated HDD.
Now works.

Intermittent SC49-01 and/or SC49-04 codes.
Solution
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. The hard drive has failed.
Re-flash the IC-203 firmware.Replace the hard drive as needed (p/n 56UAM72000).
Note : The latest version firmware or system software is available via the Konica Minolta Download Selector. Access the Selector from SSD Web Support
(CS Expert Support) by clicking on 'Download MSDS, Drivers, Firmware and more'.
2. The IC-203 HDD needs to be formatted.
Format the IC-203 HDD by performing the following:
a.Enter Tech Rep Mode.
b.Press IP Hard Disk Format.
c.Press IP HDD Format.
d.Select ALL and Yes to format.
Note : If the machine will not enter Tech Rep Mode, power OFF the machine and power ON while holding the Utility key.
