    On the 920/950 this happens when the exit sensor is dirty. you would think its where the jam says it would be, but 1st take off the finsiher, and duplex see if its codes...

    if it does it the exit sensor if it doesnt then it the entrance sensor on the finisher.


    1050 has tons of fixes and mods, make sure your machine is somewhat up to date.

    also what is your meter at? high volume machines are notorious for having duplex only issues...

    Take a look at what position paper stop. With jammed paper make a corresponding test from Service Mode - Machine condition for sensors, it can be dead. Also you may need to replace rollers, especially if machine print more than 10 millions copies without "6 millions TO".

    Sorry to bring this topic back up, but the same jam code started to show up a 1050 I am servicing. I did change M12 and M15 motors. I did check all the paper sensors in the ADU and they are working.
    There was no conclusion in this thread what might seem to be the problem.
