MINOTLTA before taking some countermeasures.
If I am correct someone tryed to copy some kind of bank note or something to that effect. That threw up a flag in the machines security software and now it is locked up. I had that happen to me on a Minolta 3102 once. You will have to contact Konica/Minolta and have a security chip sent out to you to replace. No way to reset the code. Prepare for allot of questions and red tape. Good luck.
