Yes it could, and it also may be the coil unit.

How far in does the paper get into the fuser before it stops up, you may have a damaged drive gear

it gets not far in . i also hear a funny noise like a jumped gear. But when i manually turn that blue wheel on the right side, that paper get smoothly thru the imagine unit.

i ordered now the ih power board, will get it next week and will try.

If you are getting a gear chatter, then there is definitely a drive issue. Don't rely on the fuser jam access dial to see if there is an issue as it bypasses the actual drive mechanisms. Note the gears above the fuser that pivot out of the drive position when the door is opened.

I can help you to give the reasons that give you this code:

C3B07 IH input power error :

1• While the IH heater was on, input power
stayed at the high voltage power detection
value or over for more than the predetermined period of time.
    2• While the IH heater
was on, input power was at the low power detection value or

under for more than the predetermined period of time.
    3• While the IH heater

was on, input power was at the high voltage detection value orover for more than the predetermined period of time.

    4• While the IH heater
was on, input power was below the low voltage detection value or
under for more than the predetermined period of time.
5• While the IH heater was on, inverter power stayed at the

upper limit value or over for more than the predetermined period of time.

    6• While the IH heater
was on, output voltage halt was detected .
    Step Action:

1 Check the connection of the fusing unit.
2 Check the fusing unit, degaussing coil unit,

IHPU, PRCB and REDB for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.

    3 Change dega
    ussing coil unit .

    4 Change IHPU
    5 Change PRCB

    6 Change REDB

    GOOD LUCK.

Do you have the service manual? It provides some insight into this malfuntion. If you need it, i'd be happy to provide it for free. Just contact me.

you mean the gears above the fuser can cause the problem ? its hard to localise the noise but i think its comming from inside the machine and not from the fuser aerea.
