Di3510 Abort when scanning to HDD

    I have Di3510 with optional Pi3505e, NC-4, SU-2 & HDD-6.
No problem for copying, print and scan to FTP. Problem happened when we use for scan to HDD. "Abort" occured for 12 user box, but we can do scan to HDD normally for 5 other user box. When I check the 12 user box, there are 3 - 8 pdf files stored in user box with total file size less than 10MB in every 1 user box.
I've already tried to make a new One-touch with a new user box. But when I try to do scan to HDD in a new user box, "Abort" occured again.
Then I tried to change the HDD, and setup the new user box with one-touch. Same problem happened in every 3 month (last problem happened 3 month ago). Finally I change the Di3510 with the same optional. But, still happened the evil "Abort" message.

Anyone can give me some solution? please help me.
    Thank you.
