C250 Mac Duplex

Hi,

Got a problem with c250 on mac 10.6, The option for duplex is ticked however when you go into the driver through any application the option for duplex is greyed out and not selectable.


Any ideas?

You select duplex under "Finishing".

Be sure Duplex is an Installed option in driver.

Thats the problem it is installed option in the driver. However when you try to select it within an application it is greyed out and not selectable. There is no problem with the duplex itself it works fine on a windows machine.

Perffromed all updates on mac, installed re-installed driver...etc.. still no joy

Hm. Got to be a simple setting. C250 driver ain't nuclear physics... Do you get a conflict alert when clicking on grayed out function? -I
