Happy new year!
Working on biz hub 600. The pk 505 is installed and is showing on finisher options but, it does not work. The paper goes all the way through the machine and stops befor the whole page exits,creating a jam code. It is not punched either. Don't know a thing about these pk's. Anyone have a clue? Thanks.
