C552/FS526 with 7214 jam code

I am getting intermittent 7214 jams only on 11X17. Have replaced FNS control board updated to latest firmware. It ran 8,000 copies after replacing control board with no jams. Also swopped M1 and PS2, cleaned relay unit one-way gears and transport rollers. Any ideas?

I have had the same exact issue twice now, and both times it was the one way gears in the transport unit.

Are you talking about the one-ways in the relay unit between the main body and finisher or the transport section in the finisher?

The horizontal transport between the machine and finisher, there are 2 one ways that I have had problems with.
