No Animation Guide Data Available on bizhub C360

A guy at my company. He did it in the printer menu. Guess in the ”stop 00 stop 01” menu. I seen it there and i saw him reseting on the printer, not by the computer.

Ye. Tried to find it but have up. They dont mind having the warning. They just want a printer that print

But it got me thinking that i dont get the fail message becouse of the guide failure. I was hoping they just could plug it in and print.

If i go in to the admin site from the PC i can use auto update FW on the printer. But then i need some URL. That i cant find either..

Hi,

Sounds like you have user authentication or account track turned on, have a look in administrator settings & check both are off.

Also if one of the drums/fuser or transfer belt have reached life the machine won't print. Press utility & check the consumable life counter.

When your IT guy did the all clear he deleted the animation file, drop us an email we can supply this for you, this warning could be masking another one stopping you from printing.

Im pretty sure i checked the user and account thing. And allowed everything. But i will check again.

The support was out and reseted the transfer roller. They didnt change it tho. Was a warning on transfer roller life. But it worked after. Can it be that one thats Messing up now? There is no warning of it now.

i will have to set up a PayPal first.

You don't need to set up a Paypal account to purchase from us, I believe you can simply make a one off payment via card.

So even i they reset the roller warning. And it worked until we moved it over there? There is no message now.

My first thought was FW. Or user access.

On my company it was IT desk who fixad everything and it was strict who was allowed to print etc.
And it worked flawless before they reseted it.

i will go over there tomorrow and give it a go again. Feel bad that i gave them a non working printer when i thought i was helping out.

I had problems with my bizhub c224e so i formatted the hdd and now it show no animation guide error and i cant print anything.
I saw a bunch of tutorial video of of to install the file but i can not find the actual file.
