Bizhub 600 disable scan option

Deasr experts,

Does anyone try disable [direct input] or [scan to email] under scan function?

User allow to scan to email under preset address book but not allow user to manual key in or configure scan to email to public or edit setting.

Anyone face this issued before??

this isn't an issue, you can enable and disable that security feature in admin mode on the machine or the web interface.

I know it can be configure under this authentication enable base on user account.
If without enable account track, can we limit those features?
