    I have problems with paper jams from the input 504 mb ..

      I have a C7000 in service, it does that too, but only on 300 gsm paper.
      I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?

          I have several 7000 and the majority of 250gsm jams
          it says that there are some changes to make, but I heard only words ....... no precise solutions
