line on lead edge, C8000

We had a full service on our bizhub c8000 yesterday, and today, everything's fine, except that there's a line dropping on the lead edge of the paper (the vertical edge, it doesn't really encroach onto the flat of the paper), its not actually going on any print and will be trimmed off later, I was just wondering if anyone knew why this would be, and how to stop it?

I've only been running 350g SRA3 through it so far, so not sure if it happens on smaller sizes or lighter paper. Is it maybe something to do with the registration?
