Hello. Have a bizhub c451.
My buttom to scan/fax is not activate. In administrator settings it's hidden. Buttom 1.

Please can helps me? Must activate in mashing settings?

User Box and Fax/Scan buttons only double-beep

Sounds like the hard drive is unset. hopefully you can just go into service mode and "set" it.

or you may have to format or replace it.

Agreed, or the HDD is physically malfunctioning (if there is one installed).

Next step probably flashing firmware.
