Question CF 3102 ATDC sensor location?

Hi everyone! Great forum for a "newbie"! Just a silly question: where is the ATDC sensor located on a Konica Minolta CF3102?

It seems as I have to check and clean it, I get "near trouble P-5" error, and the gradiation print won't work anymore (says "Stabilizer NG" in tech rep. mode, even after I've stabilized it). I get dark backgrounds on my copies. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated! THANKS!
    Best regards from Finland

    What color is the background?
It is either a drum ground or a bias loss.

Hi! The background is a bit foggy with black toner (or actually it's all over the paper including where color is printed), when looking close it's like it's got black toner "dust" or small dots all over the paper, like when trying to copy and you've got too dark setting. I'm printing some files (so nothing to do with the settings), and the black "dust" has always disappeared after the stabilization sequence. Thank you in advance!

    Red face

Found a more comprehensive service manual now, that told me to clean the transfer belt, wich I did and the problem is gone now at least for the moment. But the P-5 error still remains, so I'll guess I'll have to clean the AIDC sensors anyway, since I can't get the stabilizer to work nor the gradiation adjustments.

    Talking SOLVED!

After cleaning the AIDC sensors (wich were clogged totally with toner dust) the machine is like new. Thank you anyway nmfaxman for your reply! And thanks to everyone at the forum, since it was from here I got the bits that lead to the solution! Happy copying!

For C/M/Y it's mounted on the LED Unit, in front side (for BK it's in the IU).

    Unhappy Cyan ghosting

I have almost the same problem.
It seems like the background was covered with tiny spots of cyan evenly all over the sheet. I ran the stabilizer, and did a gradation adjust, and that is better.

Now, every dark cyan image leaves a ghost image about 3 inches away on every sheet.

I have tried different paper thicknesses, and lightness settings, but nothing seems to work.
I have tried 2 different transfer belts, and it doesn't make a difference.
    Any ideas?
I am reaching the end of the rope.....

You can buy it from manuals4you.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
