Have a Magicolor 8650 that you can ping and network lights are working but won't print. Have tried crossover cable and still can't print. Had customer's IT and our IT department involved and nothing we tried worked. Since we aren't an "authorized" Konica Minolta dealership, I have no tech support. Long story short, vp of sales 3.5 yrs ago trying to keep everything with our company and went out and obtained about 10-12 of these for an existing customer. After the one year warranty was up no service contract in place so everything is billable. Oh and we have no one who is trained or knows anything about these. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! Am leaning towards the print controller being the issue as is my IT department. Any ideas??????????????
