    BizHub c7000 - Error Code C-0302

I have been struggling with this code for over a month. Neither of the 2 fans turn on and the only other option would be the PCB. Is it possible to diagnose the problem through service mode or is it possible to pypass the fans. The machine shuts off anywhere between 5-50 prints and displays the message.

    Please Guide.

    Shuja.

Check ICP3 on the PRCB and replace if needed.

    ICP3
    1206SFF100FM/63-2
    24V1
    Tucking fan/1 /3 (FM26 FM28)
    C-0302(Tucking fan error/1 /3 abnormality)

    Good luck.

Where is ICP3 and what does it look like?

I also wanted to add to my problem of c-0302

If I am printing on letter/A4 81-105 g/m2 stock printing one-sided only (Face up Normal Order), the machine will error out between 20 - 50 prints.

Now I found a work around it and that is to print it duplexed even though its only one page. It will take longer to print since it travels down to duplexing section but will never error out.

It will however ALWAYS pause after the first print (Warming up) for about 30 second and after that will pause every 4-6 prints.

My thoughts are that it is cooling down after every 4-6 prints and hence never errors out. But slows the entire process down significantly.

Does this info shed any more light on my problem and its solution. By the way, the fans are fine, I checked them and even replaced with a different set.

Maybe the wire connecting the fans to the board is bad?

Please advice as my life slows down every time I start this machine

What is an ICP (all I know is that IC stands for Integrated Circuit)
