Maintenance Mode 163 (Reset Fuser error)is not present as well. Updated to latest firmware replaced IH unit IH PWB Feed PWB 1 according to service manual.Problem still exists. I had this on a 3051ci machine turned out it was the low voltage board. Check voltages on the board and see it the outputs are correct. I had no 24v outputs at all.

              Hi all,

I am having the same issue with my 3051ci. was able to diagnose that the "Low Voltage SP Board", Part #: 302N494080 is the problem.

I have located a board from a USA supplier, but they have 110V and we use 240v, will this be an issue?

btw, I am in the Fiji Islands, in the South Pacific.

any help in locating a supplier closer to home would be much appreciated.

Do note that my local dealer has refused to fix this issue, as their technicians made my initial machine problem worse and now the C6950 error. the techs even could not diagnose correctly. they had told me to the PWB Main Assy SP board.

              thanks in advance.
