it's crap, doesn't work!

It's a beautiful thing, works very nicely if you know how to use it. Only converts address books and job accounting codes though.

Resurrecting this again, I am using Setup Tool ver. 3.1.4618. I am looking for an updated version that includes the newer "4"srs. machines (7054ci etc.) Not having any luck finding it on Copystar.com. Have not gotten any response to emails sent to tech support. I can't even find the download of the original utility, just the user guide. I'm not sure that there has been an update with the newer machines. The version I'm using does include the "3"srs. though.

If you have KDA credentials, try logging on first and then open that URL. I also get a 404 if I'm not logged in. I'll send you a link anyway, but see if that works.

Hi Pete, Thanks for the response. I got a PM from Tony with a good link. Copystar .com (Requires dealer login), support, download center, 5054ci. software, setup tool utility 3.1.8610.

Hope that is useful to anyone else needing the updated version.
