    Thanks for the info. When I replaced the power supply today, I cleaned all the fans as well.

    One of the boards is rectangular, the other one is a different shape and uses a different metal plate behind it.

    I think that applies to the 4551ci as well. The one I replaced was an "old style" and was replaced with the "old style"

    Have you tried a fuser. Had this once on an 8001i.

    Yes, first thing I did was swap out fuser. The power supply fixed the issue.
