Kyrocera Taskalfa 250ci Firmware - Error Code C7401

I just installed the MK-865A maintenance kit for my Kyocera Taskalfa 250ci. After completing the upgrade, I got an error code C7401 when the machine booted. After some searching, it seems that the new developer unit requires firmware 11 or higher. Since I have the error, it appears I am older than that. Can you anyone put to me to the latest firmware (or at least 11)? I've been searching for a while and cannot find anything. The details of what I have are:

Self diagnostic codes
C7401 Developing unit K type mismatch problem
Absence of the developing unit K is detected

Causes : Developing unit connector inserted incorrectly.
Reinsert the developing unit connector if necessary.

Causes : Different type of the developing unit is installed.
Install the correct developing unit.

You are at version 6.0 of the firmware from June of 2009.
Yes the most current firmware is version 16 from April of 2018. It appears that version 11 does have major changes to developing.

I have not tried anything, firmware or sims, but only because I cannot locate them. Can anyone send me a file link with the instructions?

You may not have heard of it ... it's called the service manual.

Yes yes yes, I get the LMGTFY (personally I prefer RTFM - read the effin manual). I don't mind a good ribbing - but the firmware files are no where to be found. I'm just a lay person (not in the copier business), but I have spent hours searching the internet for the firmware. Kyocera's site only has manuals and drivers. I would love it you google'd it for me and sent me the link to the firmware files.

You have to be a dealer to get firmware. Or hire a dealer that has it. =^..^=
