Kyocera 6052 ci with Error c7911

I am getting an error c7911 which is related to the black developer eprom.
Having replaced the black developer unit twice I am now getting either a blank area where the black image should be or I get a horrendous double black image over the page.
I have also replaced the front pcb which all drum and developer units plug into.
This particular device seems a right Friday afternoon job and even my colleague who has taken a look is not sure.
Any ideas/suggestions would be gratefully received.

I’m also struggeling with a 3252ci with multiple eeprom error codes and have also already replaced “front pcb” as per our Kyocera tech rep we’ve ordered the 302ND94270 PARTS PWB FEED IMAGE ASSY SP. You may want to order it as well. I’ll update once we’ve replaced it.

replacing the image feed pwb solved the eeprom error codes on the machine i was working on. Let us know what happens with your issue

I retract my previous post. Customer just called yesterday, machine is again throwing C7901, C7903, C7904 codes.

I have a TASKalfa 4052ci. Starting from 1st May got the following error codes:
C7620 (three times)
C7903 (one time)
C7904 (one time)
C7901 (one time)
C7911 (one time)

Suggestion?

As i had written in another threat,
we are talking about serial communication line.
If one of the components/ Eeproms not working probably, system will stop at last point and you`ll get the communication error for this component.
