Problem with TA2551ci strange printout ocasionally

Hy to all

I would like to ask you if someone had similar case to help me . Problem is that in 100 print jobs it prints 2-3 strange printouts (example in attachment)colour lines (all colour) and erased print in some parts. That happen when high volume of jobs is beeing printed , cca 1000 pages at once , MK a+ b was done cca 10000 prints ago , so if someone has dealt with same things please give me hint. Will try to replace transfer belt today to eliminate him.

try to change the drums @ the same time if not solved hvt under scanner.

I would clean the lasers 1st, and check the contacts drums and devs are making on the back side once pushed in.

I already cleaned laser and drum and transfer contacts , i think it must be something electrical

My guess is that the yellow developing unit is shorting to the yellow drum, via the developer spacers. Did you notice the complete lack of a yellow band? =^..^=

Thanks, blue dev was shorting and was replaced, with blue drum. customer says that it was examples of yellow band but not visible on the attached example.

I had that same issue. It was the contact spring on the drum unit not making contact.
