    Pm on a 6002i now code 7301

I did my first PM on Taskalf 6200i, 90 miles away everything went well.
Now get a email from the customer that they have a code 7301, so now I'm wondering if there was a piece of mylar taped over the hopper on the Development unit!

    Has anyone seen this before?

If it's the same as the color machines make sure you have removed the spacers at the ends of the mag roller. (they break off easily)

I realise this thread is old, but this may help someone in the future. We have just had this code on a 5002i. After fitting a new dev unit. There is a packing piece on the opening to allow toner into the dev unit. When our engineer removed the tape, the glue holding the black foam must have perished and it left the black packing piece blocking this. It is very hard to see as it is black!

Obviously it was stopping toner from entering the dev unit and backing up.
Everything that has a beginning, has an end.....
