Did you make sure the DV unit inlet hole was open when you installed it?

Update: what i did is i cleaned the
    Toner supply drive unit
Found out this has 4 motors with sensors attached for each color
Cleaned and check if there is clogged toners. All working fine
Tried to swap yellow to cyan motor plus sensor
    Installed all back
As of now its working fine
I leave the client and they are no updating me for trouble.

Good move swapping yellow for cyan sensors & motors. If it returns as a cyan error you'll know what to order. If it comes back as yellow you can rule out those items. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
