Fleet Services - Turn off Remote Services

How so how can you go in and turn OFF Remote Services so I can change the Access Code. It is greyed out on both the copier and the web interface.

    Thanks

You can use U520 to turn off Remote Services and start over with new settings. If it's a printer, simply delete it from KFS and that should allow you to make changes through the Command Center again.

That is correct. Once you're in U520, You have to go to "On/Off Config" and turn it off. This will reset the KFS settings back to default.

You have to turn it off in 520 & be sure to go into KFS & delete the machine. You can't register a machine that is already in the database. It must be removed first.
    Hope that helps !
