    The SP4520 has an op panel that is very similar to the Kyoceras, but the engine is totally different. I can see how you would think that it's a Kyocera, but I don't think so.

    The MP501 clearly is a rebadged Kyocera. There is no doubt. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    What other brand has 1 or 2 screws to take off back cover?

    They may be behind but my point was they're always moving in the right direction. IMHO.

    Sharp makes advances but then steps backwards with their feed rollers, for example.
