Dislikes: this machine runs outta toner in the developer unit, without toner add light coming on! I have replaced Dev unit, still no luck, im starting to think Main board just wanted to get another opion.

Yeah, the main PWB make the most sense if toner is never being added to the developing unit and you don't get an Add Toner indication. What happens when you run U130? Does it fill the developing unit? Can you run the toner motor in U030? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I would check the connector on the front of the DV, if that harness got pinched/damaged it would cause an issue like that.
