    TASKALFA 5500i

It is a second hand copier. I cleaned it and tested it and machine was ok.
I had this machine for few days in my car (to sell it) but finally i stored it in warehouse (waitting for customer call to deliver it).
Finally i tested it before i deliver it to customer. Now there is a solid repeated dot diameter 2 mm every 3 cm interval.
This dot is not caused from drum because in this case the distance between dots will be longer. Any idea where to clean?

If it's 37.5mm it's one or more of the primary charge rollers, based on the color of the dot.

The early versions of the charge roller that had the brush cleaners tolerated cleaning with water or glass cleaner fairly well. The new version of the primary charge rollers with the helical foam cleaner do NOT tolerate cleaning. Instead of getting the waterspot like you might get on the old roller, you get a nice round dot instead.

So if you have new style primary charge rollers cleaning is out of the question. Only replace.

Kyocera will probably get the hang of making good primary charge rollers ... but not in my lifetime. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ditto Kyo making a good charge roller. I have been cleaning the new style with slightly damp cloth and it has been working out so far. We have a client running about 80k a month on a 8001i and I am there once a month for either cleaning the charge roller or replacing an entire fuser kit because the damn lift motor keeps going bad. We must have a handful of fusers we have sent back because of faulty lift motors.

Swap the black charge roller with say the yellow then do another test print if the dot changes to yellow replace the change roller with new.

Personally i'd replace all 4 while you're at it.
