Kyocera KM-2530 How to Save Scanner Settings

Forgot how to save "Scan to PC" settings so that user does not have to reenter preferences such as: PDF, Resolution, Continuous Sending, etc. each time a scan is performed. Everything works perfectly except these typical settings are not saved after the first scan, everything reverts back to the defaults. The saving of the settings used to work, must have been setup when the machine was new. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
