When you installed the new drum did you press that little square gray button on the front of the cyan developing unit? That button swivels the developing roller close to the drum. When not pressed, you get no developing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Hello!

The problem appeared after changing cyan drum kit. I placed the old drum back, but still no cyan color.
After that changed cyan and yellow with places and yellow also disappeared.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Already tried to Refresh developer un drum, doesn’t help.

    Find attached status page print.

You certainly don't have to do what I suggest. Please feel free to think of something else. =^..^=

If it is a 2552ci type machine I don't think the square gray button is there, those are used on the higher speed machines
