A crack sound when tries to pull toner . ?usually asks to add toner while toner is full .
Toner is Genuin. I believe toner problem is out of order and have to replace it. Can i do something else?

1) I doubt it's genuine. It may be a Kyocera stamped cartridge but it's been refilled.

2) You're only hope is the beat the hell out of it.

3) How does someone get so many red cards?

Don`t forget Toner hopper sensor.
If you have faulty hopüper sensor, toner motor will always turn,toner will stuck and finally you get cracking noise.
