Has anyone had this error, I have one copier that has a lot of this jam code. There is a bulletin but when I downloaded it the info was wrong completely-doesn't match the description. Anyhow. there is a slight ticking coming from the internal finisher, and occasionally the paper will hang up right at the exit rollers, very random but it happens. 42 jams at 6402, no other jams. All f/w is latest version, manual is vague, and not much help.

I've seen this on two machines that have DF7100 finishers. On both of mine there's a spring ( 303PX36880 SPRING GUIDE UPPER) on the upper guide at the exit of the finisher that breaks reattach or replace.
