Question Help with Kyocera compact Flash diagnostics

I have 4 FS-9530s under service that I need help creating a cf diagnostic disk to adjust the fuser for one machine to run permaseal jobs. The other three work fine. I have the drive(8MB), I formatted it on the 9530, and I have the files. I have tried extracting the zip file to the root directory. I cannot get diagnostics to show. Can someone tell me what the location of the files are? Do they go in API? or root? I tried just about every combination.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hy
Files go to the root(folders) , than you search in menu maintenance option and Enter it from menu.
