Kyocera Ecosys P2040DW Error C1810

Hi All

I have a Kyo P2040DW that has a C1810 error that I need to look at tomorrow. Looked up service manual, PF comms issue, may need a clean, re-plug in connector/s or possible PWB. However I'm thinking may just need latest firmware. Not a Kyo dealer, however used to be many years ago. Do not have access to latest firmware.

Is anyone out there who maybe able to supply latest firmware for P2040DW Mono Printer, or possibly any other suggestions for this C1810 error.

check if there is paper behind the paper trays (are there 2 paper trays?) or a false contact with the paper trays and the machine or a swicht out of position
