M3540idn Fax Memory Upgrade ?

Have customer when trying send large fax jobs it will stop and say memory error. Would adding the extra 1gb memory help with this ? It talks about receiving memory not upgrade able but wasn't sure if this would help for sending.

The memory upgrade doesn't help fax memory per TB #1

According to the manual, this machine doesn't have 671 to clear the fax memory. If the unit never gets rebooted, I'd cycle power to clear the cache. I've had machines at hospitals do weird stuff since they're always on. If that's not the case, I'd try U600.
