If not wsd to a continuous ping test to copier and see if latency is high that could a tell tale sign its network
No not wsd its setup with a driver

Latest firmware? Did you test off-network with laptop? Is machine set to Quick Recovery vs Energy Save?
Can someone get me the latest firmware i cant login to kdaconnect right now for some reason?
I had somewhat similar situation with Kyo/TA/Utax. I used slower color KX (25ppm) driver for entire fleet. So b&w 40ppm machines printed at 25ppm speed. After changing a printer model from 25ppm to 40ppm model in driver, 40ppm machines started to print at regular speed.
We usualy disable WSD at the machine because windows 10 likes to load WSD printers by itself.
Check the driver setting port tab does it show IP not WSD?
We can supply the latest firmware if you wanted to try that.
