Kyocera Taskalfa 2551 back of the printed sheet is dirty

Hi everyone, I have this problem on a kyocera taskalfa 2551, the first few prints or copies are dirty on the back of the printed sheet. The first one is really evident, with the second one the smudge starts fading until the problem is gone. Everytime I turn on/off the machine, it starts all again.
I'm pretty sure the problem is due the transfer roller, but I've already tried to replace it..I've tried everything, changing: drum, developer, transfer belt, fuser and even toner cartrige...I'm going mad, please help!

You can see the back of the 1st and 2nd sheet attacched below.

Yes, cleaned the paper path and I've replaced with used parts from another machine which has no problems.

Remove the Transfer Belt. You will see a black plastic attached to it with a single screw. Unscrew that screw, below you should see a pair of springs and a "unit" with another screw. Unscrew that screw and to the right, unscrew the cables from the tray and remove the small spring that keeps the "unit" attached to the belt. You'll see, Cleaning Blade on that unit. Clean the waste toner with a vacuum cleaner and clean the blade. When you get everything back in place, clean the transfer belt with cotton. If you see that it has physical damage, replace it.

It’s always the transfer belt. Only new ones will resolve it. They do not last.
    Also is the toner genuine?
Tip. Never, ever, use non genuine in a Kyocera

TASKalfa 2551ci parts pipe transfer cleaning assy

Usually its too late to clean the transfer belt cleaner by the time you see the streaks. Were it me, I'd order up the transfer belt assy and the spout before heading out. The spout has either a broken gear or a blockage that will continue to back up into the belt cleaner until it's fixed.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As I sayed before, I've already tried to replace the transfer belt, also tried to replace the transfer cleaning pipe..no changes.
I'M SURE that the back of the sheet is stained by the transfer roller. It gets loaded with toner, then after one full rotation of the roller, it is deposited on half of the back of the sheet.
Even replacing it doesn't change anything, maybe there's a problem with then transfer roller cleaning process?

please if u need help try what he has said ...i have seen this problem and thats how u get it solved. its not your transfer roller as you are suspecting but transfer belt assy or the unit that moves your waste from trnsfer belt to waste toner box
failure is not an option !
