Papaer jam at first and third cassete. . At the beggining had problem first cassete (it makes copies but have had paper jams too frequently) and later 3rd too (it doesn't even pulls paper).
Machine made about 160k copies. I cleaned feed rollers with no result.
I am not familiar with kyocera machines . Once i had same problem with a KM 4035 and a technician told me to run a program and after that it was ok! Is there anything similar to this machine? Else?
Paper feed rollers? Cassettes set right?
What's the jam code?
If you cleaned feed tires and it keeps misfeeding replace the feed tires
When you come up with a jam code I'll give it some thought. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
