TaskAlfa 6052ci C4101 error

Hi all,

We have an issue with the above machine with error c4141 (LSU issue) we have updated the firmware & fitted a new laser unit, reset with U609 but the error remains.

Anyone seen this before who could share some knowledge please?

Yeah that's what the service manual says last on the list.

Never had one fail but there's a first time for everything.

Have encountered a C4101 before.

In our case, The Engine PWB was fine, so we replaced the LSU and ribbon cable that goes from LSU to Engine PWB.

However, there is a QA bulletin on this error which mentions the Engine PWB having a blown cap. Search the service portal for QA_H204_2ND_0079_SB_rev.1
