    Kyocera KM-2560 - jamming

    Hi!

My client called me that He has a problem with jamming in Kyocera KM-2560. Jam code is "Jam 52". This is only happend when using duplex mode. When the paper returns it is somehow crooked and cause a jam. Every rollers are clean. Nothing suspicious. Any Ideas?

Try to feed paper by hand , check for something blocking paper path ie staple, label , also check springs for bushings are on

Paper path it's clear. I see nothing wrong. I thinking about solenoid feed shift. I see that he don't move. He should move the guide separate inner up and down when the paper goes up and move when back? Am I wrong?

Have seen this a number of times. The exit assembly when it pulls the paper back in for printing/copying on the backside skews the paper and causing the jam you showed. You could try pulling the exit assembly and thoroughly cleaning it of the toner build up that appears as a brown coating on the guides etc. This may last for a short while it will return, the real fix is to replace the exit assembly.

I just clean the paper path once again, cleaned rollers and checked exit unit and the problem gone. Will see in future what happen next.
