Kyocera Taskalfa 8052 prints very slowly after being released from the Paper cut app.

Hello

My colleague has two Taskalfa 8052 and one Taskalfa 6052 all on Paper cut.

When a pdf or word document is released from the 6052 it prints out fine.

But with both 8052 once released from Paper cut they take over 3 minutes to print out.

I have suggested to my colleague that I thought it unlikely to be a Paper cut problem, but thought it may be a firmware issue.

Has any one experienced any thing like this please?

Let me guess. You are using 6052 or ''slower'' mfp driver on virtual queue. Yes or no?
