Glad to hear I am not the only one having problems with site, finding a parts/service manual is tough. I find it easier to just google it and save time.....geeezzzzz

Hey guys, don't underestimate the power of access to manufacturer's tech site. I'm giving my best and a half, arms and legs to have it, with no luck. Using backdoors helps for some time but not indefinitely.
I invested a lot of my free time to search for any slice of useful information I can find in KM tech site.
I used to use Toshiba tech site many years ago and it was very good and informative - BSIs, Espos/RIBBON and so on. Maybe Kyocera screw mightily techs on easy of access of their web tech site...at least I've heard Kyo are joy to work on
