I swaped eject unit from 3500i in to an 5500i because it had problem at this area.
But paper jam appears . Are these units compatible or i set the new not properly?

if you mean the paper exit section, in the parts manual there are no differences between 35/45/55, perhaps a connector not inserted correctly.
