i am trying to refresh the developer. i get blank pages. when i pull the developer out the roller is completely silver with no black on it. as i know it should be completely covered in black. i was a kyocera tech. back in the day. i have always used 130 to set a new developer. is it a new number for this model? i log into the kyocera website and navigate to the correct model. but it doesn't even list a service manual for this model. i can get into service mode no problem. thanks for your input.

I think you go thru the system menu, to maintenance mode

i got it figured out. on the developer closest to me when installed. there is a gray slider that wasn't pushed all the way in. it works fine now. thanks for the input.
