At first machine when printed some PDF files printed 2 pages and stoped .With other PDF have had no problem (i have a post about this problem|) but now it doesn't work at alla . It stucks at Welcome and after several minutes error F000 appers . I try to get in program mode (10871087)but io could't! From old posts about this code i have to upload firmware, or replace ram or HD problem. Can it be something else (copier is at some distance and i have to be prepared) ? Can i swap ram from other ta5500i and if yes i have just to teplace it ?
Where can i find firmware foe this machine?

Be sure to load the kx driver and try changing emultions

Do any updates from Adobe if that's what there printing from.

Yep! I had the same issue on a 3050ci and HDD resolved that.

You mean to format it?
Also where i can find firmware for this model?
If i swap ram from an other machine , is there any problem ? (in case i try id memory is the problem)

Before the HD i want to try to load Firmware (some techs told me that the problem is at firmware). They send the firmware via email but when i put flash in and turn on the machine, no loading firmware and after some minutes error appears.

I have formatted flash with fast and regular format , no result.
Any idea why it doesn't load firmware?

What print driver are you using and emulation

Is the firmware in a Zip file? If so you need to un-zip the file and then copy the contents over to a flashdrive to the root directory and try it again. Also you need the full firmware and not the turbo pack.
