TaskAlfa 3051Ci faded colors to the back side

    Hello to all,
    Have a 3051Ci with 60 K on color and 70 K on B.W
On the Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, the print are faded on the back side of printer.
refreshing the developing unit - no improvement
cleaning the laser unit (system menu) - no improvement
cheking the value of toners level in DevUnit - all ok (512 aprox)
drum refresh (system menu) - no improvement
    replace DevUnit - no improvement
replace Drum unit&charge roller - no improvement
replace transfer belt unit - no improvement
when is full color on eack color the output is ok. when is low coverage, the back side of the image is white.

what can be? the lens and mirrors inside the Laser units? the High voltage board? (1 or 2)?
    thanks in advance

PS: the mixed color is from scanner

i dont know that the laser has more power levels (I thought that the cylinder load is the only variable in determining the degree of color loading)
i will try next days to clean the LSU's and i let you know
    thanks

you must open the LSU units!
Mostly dust inside, coming from cooling fans

The mirror faces on the laser polygon mirror become dirty in certain environments and it happens unevenly and to one end due to the rotation. See pic

Yeah poly mirrors sometimes get dirty. No matter brand. Just like in your picture.

I think I'd concentrate on the magenta and black laser slit glasses. It's not uncommon for the developer to dump more at one end, and if the toner is deep enough, the electronic cleaner just won't do the trick. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
